We had problems with our original room really beyond the hotel’s control, but the staff immediately changed our room and rectified the problems and brought a special gift for our inconvenience, and just made our stay just marvellous! Plus you just cannot beat their friendliness and professionalism!” It’s when problems occur that the best seem to come out, and this was the case at the Urbanica. “I have rated this boutique hotel very high in the past, but now I want to rate as excellent.
